Made from 180 GSM ripstop polyester with a reinforced mesh structure, this outdoor camouflage net combines durability with breathable coverage. Its open construction allows air to circulate through the netting, helping reduce wind resistance and heat build-up underneath.

Mid-afternoon is the worst of it. Light comes in sideways under the eaves, bounces off the paving and the render, and the seating area you built turns into the one place nobody chooses. Blinds do not reach it. An umbrella covers a table, not a space.
Strung between four solid points, the black netting puts a defined dark plane over the whole area. The mesh still breathes, so heat rises through instead of banking up, but the light arriving at eye level is much softer, and visually the space finally has a ceiling.
A black net does two things at once. It takes the sun off the space, and it draws a clear edge overhead so the area below stops feeling like leftover yard.

Every panel is square or rectangular with a 40 cm strap at each corner, so the planning question is simply where your four solid points are.

Decide where the net is anchoring before you order. Measure point to point, then allow 30 to 40 cm at each corner for hardware and take-up.
Posts set in concrete, rafters, a pergola frame or solid masonry. On a long run, adding an intermediate post beats stretching a span further than it wants to go.
Fix the two high corners first, clearly above the low pair, so the net has its fall built in before you take up any slack.
Work diagonally, a little at a time, until the rope edging sits straight and the surface stops moving in the breeze.

Hose it from underneath while it is still tensioned, or take it down and rinse it flat with water and a soft brush. Let it dry completely before folding it away.
