Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Altisafe Pro is the trading name used by Harzi Trading LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, under registration number 2026-001863526.
Altisafe Pro offers telescopic ladders, step ladders, scaffolding, accessories and related products for sale.
The essential characteristics of each product are indicated on its product page. The customer is encouraged to review them before placing any order.
Photographs, visuals and illustrations are provided for reference purposes. Slight differences may exist depending on the screen used, particularly with regard to colours, materials or finishes.
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at the time of the order.
The applicable price is the price displayed when the customer confirms the order.
Altisafe Pro reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
Shipping is free within Australia, unless otherwise clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

Before confirming their order, the customer can review the details of their cart, correct their information and modify their order.
The order is confirmed after payment has been approved and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
Altisafe Pro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of incorrect information, suspected fraud, a previous dispute or an inability to process the order.
The customer may request to modify or cancel their order provided that it has not yet been dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. The customer may then exercise their right to return the order in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders must be paid in full at the time they are confirmed on the website.
The following payment methods are accepted:
All transactions are secured through the payment systems used by Shopify and its payment partners.
No banking information is stored by Altisafe Pro.
Altisafe Pro delivers exclusively within Australia.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery generally takes between 5 and 10 business days.
The total estimated time between placing the order and delivery is therefore 6 to 12 business days.
These timeframes are estimates. A minor delay beyond our reasonable control will not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation, subject to any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email containing the tracking number is sent to the customer.
The carrier is selected by Altisafe Pro based on the weight, volume, product availability and logistical requirements.
Risk associated with transport passes to the customer upon actual delivery of the parcel.
Products remain the property of Altisafe Pro until their price has been paid in full.

In addition to any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return if they change their mind, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must submit their request by email to: support@altisafe-pro.com.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Altisafe Pro will issue a refund to the payment method used for the order if the return conditions are met.
Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund is initiated to the original payment method.
If a product is received damaged or has a fault, the customer is encouraged to contact our customer service team as soon as possible at: support@altisafe-pro.com, including photographs of the issue identified.
Altisafe Pro undertakes to provide products that conform to the order placed by the customer.
If a product is faulty, damaged upon delivery or does not conform to the order, the customer is encouraged to contact our customer service team as soon as possible at: support@altisafe-pro.com.
After reviewing the situation, Altisafe Pro may, depending on the circumstances, provide a repair, replacement, full refund or partial refund, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
The customer must provide any information or photographs that may assist in identifying the reported fault.
Altisafe Pro makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information available on its website.
However, to the extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Altisafe Pro will not be liable for indirect loss resulting from the use of the website, including loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits or any other indirect loss.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Sale excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian law.

Altisafe Pro will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a force majeure event or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including a natural disaster, pandemic, conflict, strike, transport network failure or any other event preventing the normal fulfilment of orders, subject to any rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available to them under applicable law.
In the event of a dispute and where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the applicable legal rules regarding jurisdiction and venue will be respected.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid.
Altisafe Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the order is confirmed.
