Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it reaches the same people who pack the orders. Write to support@altisafe-pro.com or use the form below — you will normally hear back within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Before you write

A few details up front usually save a round of emails:

• About an order — include your order number, which is in your confirmation email.
• Something arrived damaged or faulty — attach photos of the problem and of the packaging. That is normally all we need to resolve it in one reply.
• Returning an item — write to us first. We confirm your request and give you the return address at that point, rather than publishing one address that may not suit your situation. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
• Choosing a product — tell us the length of the bed you want to edge, or the span you want to shade, and roughly what the ground is like. We would rather talk you out of the wrong product than have it come back.

Where your order is

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, then take 5 to 10 business days to arrive — 6 to 12 business days in total. You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with your tracking number once the parcel ships.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, write to us and we will chase the carrier rather than asking you to do it.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to request a return or exchange. The item needs to come back complete and in its original condition — packaging, accessories and instructions included — so that it can be resold, with the invoice in the parcel. Return postage is at your cost, except where the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it once our team has confirmed the problem.

Once the item is back with us and inspected, the refund goes to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 14 days to appear. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
